การระดมทุนครั้งนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแผนพัฒนาธุรกิจ โดย WRS Group โดยบริษัทฯ ตั้งเป้าหมายที่จะขยายฐานลูกค้าบัตรสมาชิกเอ็กซ์คลูซีฟของ Silver Voyage Club จาก 2,000 รายในปัจจุบันเป็น 20,000 รายภายในปีพ.ศ. 2566 และจะขยายธุรกิจบริการเกี่ยวกับไลฟ์สไตล์ระดับลักชูรีให้ครอบคลุมมากขึ้น เช่น ธุรกิจด้านอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม ธุรกิจบริหารและจัดการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ธุรกิจด้านสุขภาพและความงาม เป็นต้น
สำหรับในปีนี้ WRS Group ได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้เป็นผู้ให้บริการ one-stop hospitality service ของงาน APEC CEO Summit 2022 เพื่อให้บริการต้อนรับนักธุรกิจและผู้บริหารระดับสูงจากทั่วภูมิภาคกว่า 3,000 คนที่จะเข้าร่วมการประชุมสุดยอดผู้บริหารภาคธุรกิจที่ประเทศไทยจะเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดขึ้นระหว่าง 16-18 พฤศจิกายน 2565 ที่กรุงเทพฯ
